The company was founded by Enoque Wambua who is a musician. He began hosting a monthly event called Hedgehog Unplugged because he was not getting booked for gigs. So he decided to create a platform for upcoming artists like himself to have a place to perform. Hedgehog Unplugged opened doors for him to create other events and work with an array of artists as well as develop his own career. 

The company has now hosted over 20 events and has partnerships with several corporations like Sarit, Sarit Expo, Little Cab. In 2023, they are hoping to increase the variety of concerts and events they host from small acoustic gigs to events with 1000+ audience members in addition to developing the artist management arm of the company.
